Mr Goodwin has been teaching us about animation. We had to draw a boat slides and then make small movements and copy slide to make our boat move across the screen.
Hi Rm 4, this animation is actually really impressive. I like the way that the boat went up and down with the waves. It must've taken quite a while to make! Maybe to make it even cooler you could move the sun and clouds too? Blog you later!

Kia ora. I am Charlie J from St Mary’s School. I really liked that how you made the boat go up and down like a real boat does on waves it gives the slides some reality I learnt that I could try making one of my drawings go up and down like a character so it looks like he/she is walking or running. Maybe you could put the slides on repeat and add another boat making it going the other way so it looks like the first boat is coming around to pick up and take them to the other side.
